Recruiting Badge

It has been said that the Recruiting Badge may Indeed, it’s a wonderful thing. It’s very helpful and important to Cub Scout Packs in maintaining their size so that they can have a fun and robust program that best serves its participants. However, even more importantly: many Cub Scouts find that they count fellow children involved in their Den as some of their closest friends. Families also often become close friends through participation in Scouting. Cub Scouts who recruit their close friends into the program help build the close-knit family environment that Cub Scout programs seek.
As a result, our Pack encourages families and their Cub Scouts to invite friends to Pack Meetings. Parents must attend as well. Should those friends become members of the Pack, ensure your Cub Scout alerts their Den Leader so that they can earn a Recruiting Badge!
How do I get a Recruiting Badge? Recruit a friend and. Once they join the Pack, let your Den Leader know.
